Conscious Connected Breathwork

Conscious connected (CC) breathwork is an access point to self-exploration, greater awareness, non-ordinary consciousness states, and somatic release. What one can experience in breathwork can be similar to plant medicine in that it’s possible to reach a flow state to access the unconscious mind. Breathwork can help improve focus, sleep, blood pressure, and an overall boost in energy and preventive health.

CC Breathwork is done through the mouth and is consecutive and circular between inhalation and exhalation. Breathwork is not the same as pranayama. This technique is intentional about activating the sympathetic nervous system for integration, although it will conclude in a parasympathetic response.

Conscious connected breathwork has the power to unlock unconscious messages, chronic pain, deep compassion, unprocessed emotions, and stored trauma. The experience can be profound and somatically intense. I assure you a safe and private space will be held for your breathwork journey. Loud and relevant music will accompany my verbal guidance, and body positioning will be laying down. Blankets, eye covers, and mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring any of your own.
