I’m Christina.
I believe my calling is to help nurture greater connections amongst each other and ourselves through internal exploration, intention, self-awareness, and integration. I pull from a knowledge in depth psychology, Jungian psychology, somatics, metaphysical psychology, indigenous practices, spiritual counseling, complex trauma, Asian wisdoms, energywork, and creative writing.
I believe in a holistic approach to mental health and wellness that is curious about the core essence and depth of an individual, with or without psychological diagnosis. I believe in standing separate from institutional norms of Eurocentric mental health; these standards place ancient, holistic, and indigenous practices in a less-than category, when they could absolutely be a necessary component to an individual’s healing journey.
I try to remain all-inclusive and culturally aware with my approach to mental health. I believe every one of us was born with great purpose and value, and my goal is to help my clients understand and explore that for themselves.
