Winter Solstice Ceremony with Christina

Together we will welcome the winter season and the coming of light, release old ideas, and honor our partnership with death as a balancing aspect of life.
Cost: sliding scale of $50.00-$75.00
(if cost is an issue, I will work with your budget. I support healing over money.)
This ceremony is for both brothers and sisters. I encourage partners, friends, lovers, individuals, and anyone to join. This is an opportunity for women to be in a safe container with men, and men to be in a safe container with women. Together we will hold space for reflection, imagery, breath, and release.
This ceremony will involve a guided meditation, reflection prompt, conscious connected breathwork, and an optional sharing circle.
It would be lovely to see you join for a morning of deep connection and seasonal release. I offer you space to celebrate and heal.
About Conscious Connected Breathwork
Conscious connected (CC) breathwork is an access point to self-exploration, greater awareness, non-ordinary consciousness states, and somatic release. What one can experience in breathwork can be similar to plant medicine in that it’s possible to reach a flow state to access the unconscious mind.
Conscious breathwork has the power to unlock unconscious messages, chronic pain, deep compassion, unprocessed emotions, and stored trauma. The experience can be profound and somatically intense. You can expect greater clarity from a single session. Each session is an opportunity to journey deeper into your infinite depths. I’m here to offer space and safety in your self exploration.
Loud and relevant music will accompany my verbal guidance, and body positioning will be laying down. Blankets, eye covers, and mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring any of your own. Registration reserves your spot.
