Supplement Selection and Food Sensitivity
Muscle testing aka applied kinesiology, has been commonly used by chiropractic doctors to help assess weak areas in the musculoskeletal body. I, however, offer muscle testing to communicate with the subconscious mind regarding nutrition and sensitivities.
Muscle testing allows me to communicate with the body about the body by accessing the subconscious. Our bodies know exactly what they do and do not need. Muscle testing is a fascinating tool that can save us a lot of time, discomfort, and mental space.
How Muscle Testing Works
The subconscious mind knows truth and is capable of delivering a electromagnetic response through our muscular system. This is similar to how lie detector machines collect information. These responses make receiving answers to yes/no questions feasible.
What to Muscle Test?
- Vitamins and supplements
- Food sensitivities
- Allergies (drugs, pollen, pets, food, insects, etc.)
- Fabrics
- Essential oils
- We can hold anything up to the heart and ask if it’s benefiting you and your overall wellness
What to Expect
In a muscle testing session, I can use your arm, a pendulum, or even my own body to ask the subconscious mind about specific things and their affect on your body.
You can bring to your session very specific items, foods, fabrics, etc., or we can work with various lists using process of elimination.
Please note that muscle testing does not replace the need for medical advice or treatment. It’s a tool that we can use to practice at-home elimination diets or to add in supplements and vitamins as a means to observe the body. If adding or eliminating certain things from the body helps with symptoms then we could potential save ourselves uncomfortable tests and doctor visits. Muscle testing is a holistic approach to finding answers to body discomfort and/or curiosity.
30 minutes to one hour should be enough time for a session. Time all depends on how many areas and items you would like to test.
