Humans are genetically programmed to become naturally absorbed by trees, water, plants, birds, and all other elements of nature. Our senses become engrossed by the stimuli of nature which distracts the “busy mind” and helps to balance the mind, body, and spirit.
So welcome! I have personally designed each retreat to inspire those who are looking to deepen their yoga practice, connect with others and nature, and challenge themselves.
I invite you to join me in my passion to teach internal balance. Whatever life you live, try to take a pause to love and balance yourself. The type of hike will depend on the location of the retreat. Please make note of the difficulty level and how each level translates to trail conditions. Each retreat will have a core focus, there is no retreat that is superior to another. My retreats are designed to target all levels of consciousness and physical ability.

Connect & Trust
Maybe you’ve been closed-off in recent months, have struggled making connections with others, or are looking to enjoy the company of some new souls. If this is the case, Connect & Trust will help inspire that love within you.
Connect & Trust will include hiking, pranayama, mantra meditation, partner stretching, Acro yoga classes, connection exercises and open communication.
Unite Yourself
Are you ready to start the path to unity of the mind, body, and spirit? Are you new to yoga? Unite Yourself will help inspire you to breathe, move, and express YOU both on and off your mat. You will leave Unite Yourself relaxed, and with the proper alignment and instruction to salute the sun safely.
Unite Yourself will include hiking, pranayama, guided meditation, expressive warm ups, beginner alignment, sun salutation instruction, and philosophy.
Push Yourself
Are you looking for a challenge? Push Yourself offers a combination of strength building, balance, and stamina. We will focus on high-repetition, fast-paced sun salutations, arm balances, and core strength-building through inversions. Please note this is not a handstand workshop, but if that is your interest, we will discuss exercises to help build the core and upper body strength. Push Yourself will inspire you to sweat, but will also leave you restored.
Push Yourself will include hiking, pranayama, meditation, hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, arm balance and inversion instruction, strength exercises, and massage therapy.
Chakra Healing
When we think, speak, and act in a way that’s dishonest with the inner-self, we cause energy (in the form of emotion) to block the natural life force that flows through the body. Chakra healing has been known to release negative emotions that have been present for years, even decades. It also helps one understand their personal journey greater. Chakra Healing will aim to help you regain control in areas of your life that have otherwise felt slightly missing or confused. Be prepared to communicate openly, reach deeply into your personal patterns and past, and leave with an open heart. You will go home with a clear understanding about each of the seven chakras, their function, and methods to heal and/or keep them open and balanced.
Chakra Healing will include self and group connection exercises, meditation, aromatherapy, hatha yoga, reiki, and nature.
