The M.E.S.S. Workshop is an opportunity to connect deeply with yourself and the community that gathers. There is an emphasis on trust, inspiration, and openness as we journey together through a mix of exercises and practices designed to get you OUT OF YOUR HEAD and into the present moment. 

M.E.S.S. stands for Meditation, Embodied Movement, Shared Conversation, and Synchronization. Themes from each of these disciplines are woven throughout this 90-minute workshop. Participants can expect the unexpected – you have likely never experienced something like this before and that is OK. Our promise to you is to hold space, encourage exploration, and listen deeply.
