Thai-Style Yoga Massage

Yoga Massage is a combination of breathwork, passive stretching, palm compressions, acupressure, and energywork.

During these sessions, you remain fully clothed while relaxing on a cushioned mat. I open the session with some vibrational, healing instruments and light reiki. This helps to drop you into the space and initiate connection between myself, you, and your energy.

I flow through a series of sequences to open the energy paths, joints, and muscles of the body from abdomen, to legs, feet, arms, hands, side body, back, and head. Throughout these sequences, I will guide you in breath so that you can relax through each pose. Yoga Massage is a great way to release tension stored within the joints and muscles. As the practitioner, I will lift your limps and maneuver your body while you remain completely relaxed and focused on your breath.

You can expect your body to feel more relaxed and flexible, and your energy to feel less stagnant and more balanced after a session.

A full body session is 120 minutes, but local, 90 minute sessions are available. If you have any injuries, it is vital to disclose those before the session or to postpone until healed.
