Movement is medicine. When we move, our muscles, bones, and joints are healthier. Our organs are healthier. Our emotions have an outlet for expression and release. Minds chill out from nagging thoughts, and our spirits glow.
Private session is about exploring which poses, flows, and creative steps express YOU. These sessions are all about you, what your well being needs, and what feels good to YOU. This is time to be less serious with yourself while checking off “health” from the todos.
Whether you’re new to yoga, seeking a simple flow to incorporate into your daily routine, or you have an advanced yoga practice, I’m here to help you with alignment, assisted stretching, breathing technique, and strength building.

Movement
Sessions can focus on one particular asana (pose) or an instructed practice. We can discuss your body’s needs, come up with customized workouts, or just explore movement through dance, calisthenics, hula hooping, or what feels good. I enjoy everything from intense core workouts, to booty building, to handstand and arm balance practice, to breathing into one stretch for 10 minutes at a time.
